General Terms

All payments made through the PIESTACK platform are securely processed via Stripe. We offer a full refund on subscriptions and trials within 7 days of the original purchase date.

When Refunds Are Not Granted

  • When a user attempts to tamper with or compromise PIESTACK systems, data, or brand integrity.
  • If the service has been resold or redistributed in violation of our terms.
  • In cases of detected fraud, including affiliate abuse or fake transactions.

How to Request a Refund

You may request a refund by emailing business@pie-stack.com from the email associated with your original payment.

Your Refund Email Must Include:

  • The email used for the transaction.
  • The exact date of the transaction.
  • A clear explanation of your refund request.

We will review your request within 3 business days and respond accordingly.
